CloudForge HQ is built around guarded automation, Stripe payments, registrar test modes, DNS provisioning, support tickets, and clear customer expectations.
Payments
Stripe-hosted checkout is used for card payments, subscriptions, invoices, and payment confirmation webhooks.
Registrar
Domain registration is integrated with OpenSRS/Tucows test and live flows. Live registration remains technically guarded until approved.
DNS
DigitalOcean DNS provisioning can create default zones and records before registrar submission.
Customer security
Passwords are hashed, reset tokens are hashed and time-limited, and email verification is required before login.
Support
Support tickets are visible to customers and admins, with email notifications and operational triage.
Scope
CloudForge HQ focuses on managed small-business domains, hosting, web design, website care, and support. It does not yet offer VPS or dedicated servers.
