Terms of Service
These terms explain how CloudForge HQ provides domains, hosting, web design, renewals, invoices, and support. They should be reviewed before public launch by a qualified professional for your exact business structure and jurisdiction.
Services
CloudForge HQ provides domain search, domain registration support, DNS setup, managed hosting, web design, website migration, website care, invoicing, and customer support services.
Some services are delivered directly by CloudForge HQ. Domain registration, payment, DNS, and email delivery may rely on specialist providers including Stripe, OpenSRS/Tucows, DigitalOcean, and transactional email providers.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate account, billing, registrant, and support information. Domain registrant details must remain accurate for the life of the domain.
You are responsible for keeping your account password and email account secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account, domain, or payment method has been compromised.
Orders and payments
Orders are processed after Stripe confirms payment. A successful card payment does not guarantee that a domain can be registered if the registry, registrar, or policy rules reject it.
If a paid domain registration cannot be completed, we will mark the order for review, contact you, and either retry, propose an alternative, or refund the affected item where appropriate.
Domains and renewals
Domain registrations and renewals are subject to registrar, registry, ICANN, Nominet, and local registry rules. These third-party rules can change and may override these terms.
Customer auto-renew billing is optional. A renewal payment allows us to process the renewal, but the registrar renewal workflow must still complete successfully.
Hosting and web design
Managed hosting is intended for small-business websites and is not VPS, dedicated server, reseller hosting, or high-volume application hosting.
Web design packages cover the stated scope only. Extra pages, copywriting, custom functionality, ecommerce, integrations, migration complexity, or urgent work may require a separate quote.
Acceptable use and suspension
You must not use CloudForge HQ services for spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, fraud, illegal content, abusive automation, copyright infringement, or activity that harms our infrastructure, providers, or other customers.
We may suspend or restrict services for non-payment, security risk, abuse reports, legal requirements, registrar or registry action, or material breach of these terms.
Support and operational limits
Support is provided through support tickets and email. Response times are targets, not guaranteed service levels unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
CloudForge HQ is designed as a managed small-business provider. It does not currently offer 24/7 phone support, VPS, dedicated servers, advanced email suites, or an SSL product marketplace.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudForge HQ is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, search ranking changes, domain registry decisions, third-party outages, or customer configuration errors.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
